We have expanded our Italian portfolio with the acquisition of Le Vele Shopping Centre in Desenzano del Garda, on the southern shores of Lake Garda.
Designed as an open-air shopping village, Le Vele offers approximately 26,750 m² of gross lettable area and is home to 45 tenants. Its diverse retail mix attracts both local residents and tourists. Key retailers include Lidl, Scarpe & Scarpe, Prenatal Toys and MFS Price, complemented by a range of dining, lifestyle and leisure options.
Located in one of Italy’s most popular tourist regions, the centre benefits from excellent visibility and accessibility. Its spacious pedestrian galleries and welcoming architecture provide a relaxed shopping environment.
