Vienna, Austria – 4th July 2025. – Supernova Group, one of Europe’s leading groups specialized in retail properties investments, has made a significant step in its international expansion with the acquisition of the La Scaglia shopping centre in Civitavecchia from Dante Fund which is managed by Kryalos SGR and backed by Partners Group, one of the largest firms in the global private markets industry, acting on behalf of its clients. With this move, Italy became the seventh European market in which Supernova operates, continuing the Group’s ambitious growth strategy across the continent.

The La Scaglia shopping centre, located in Civitavecchia, a key port city north of Rome, covers 15,828 square meters and hosts over 30 tenants. The centre is nearly fully leased and records 1.72 million visitors annually. The acquisition marks Supernova’s first step into the Italian market.
