Junior Leasing Manager

Fulltime | Location: Rome – Italy

Responsibilities

• Leasing of retail space within the Italian Supernova portfolio
• Reducing vacant units
• Preparing and updating offers
• Onboarding new tenants
• Negotiating, preparing and finalising lease agreements and amendments
• Timely renewal of lease agreements
• Correspondence and meetings with tenants
• Regular reporting to the Head of Leasing Italy
• Supporting asset reporting (rent roll)
• Working with centre management, tenant coordination, controlling
• Market research

Expectations

• Graduate in engineering (university or respective college)
  Degree in Economics, Real Estate or Business Administration with approximately 1-3 years of experience in leasing, commercial real estate, shopping centres, outlets or a comparable commercial environment
• Driving license, willingness to travel and flexible
• resilience, mobility and willingness to work throughout Italy on a short- or long-term basis
• Italian as mother tongue, fluent in English both written and spoken as a must
• Excellent management, planning and organisational skills are a must
• knowledge of standard software applications
