We’re excited to share that the new photovoltaic system at Supernova Mercator Jesenice has officially been installed. Located on the rooftop of the shopping center, this project marks another important milestone in our sustainability journey.
With an installed capacity of 377 kWp, the system is expected to generate approximately 383 kWh of clean, renewable energy annually. In doing so, it will help reduce CO₂ emissions by an estimated 88 tons each year — a clear reflection of our ongoing commitment to lowering our environmental footprint.
At Supernova Group, we continue to invest in sustainable energy solutions across our portfolio, reinforcing our dedication to long-term environmental responsibility and innovation. The project is part of Supernova Group’s broader commitment to sustainability and responsible development. Across our entire portfolio, we are implementing forward-looking energy solutions that not only benefit the environment but also enhance the long-term resilience and efficiency of our properties. This installation at Supernova Mercator Jesenice is one of several similar initiatives being rolled out at our shopping centers across the region. Each project is tailored to the specific energy profile and structural possibilities of its location, with the goal of maximizing the positive impact on both the environment and the local community.
One step at a time, one rooftop at a time — building a cleaner tomorrow.
