We are proud to announce that Supernova Ljubljana Rudnik has been officially named the Best Shopping Centre in Slovenia, receiving the prestigious Best of Local 2026 Award in the shopping centre category.
This year’s selection recorded a historic response, with more than 153,000 valid votes submitted. This remarkable turnout gives the award even greater significance, reflecting the genuine preferences and trust of visitors in their everyday lives.
For 15 years, the Best of Local project has connected media, industry professionals and the wider public with the aim of highlighting the very best local providers and experiences. The combination of expert nominations and public voting makes this recognition a strong indicator of service quality, customer satisfaction and visitor trust.

A major milestone in the centre’s development took place in 2022, when a significant expansion added 20,000 square metres of new space, along with a modern five-storey parking garage. This investment further enhanced accessibility, comfort and the overall visitor experience.
Today, the centre spans nearly 50,000 square metres and brings together 120 tenants. In addition to a wide range of fashion brands and a large hypermarket, visitors can enjoy diverse services, beauty salons and a two-level food destination featuring international cuisine. The centre also includes a modern multiplex cinema, a fitness centre and a contemporary children’s play area, while additional service providers ensure a complete experience for all generations.
With approximately 3,000 parking spaces, convenience and comfort are guaranteed for every visitor.
