Responsibilities
- Entering and maintaining contract data in the real estate accounting system
- Calculating turnover rent and monthly billing of rental income and ancillary costs
- Creating and sending monthly outgoing invoices for rent, ancillary costs, and service charges
- Processing addenda like rent reductions, contract extensions, termination rights, and contract transfers
- Updating master data (e.g., addresses, bank guarantees, tacit renewals)
- Performing indexing and preparing the annual turnover rent statement
- Evaluating and checking rent roll in cooperation with the center manager
- Calculating and invoicing the annual service charge statement, including advance payments, distribution keys, and caps
- Recharging of utilities (e.g., electricity, gas, water)
- Supporting tenants with the creation of short-term contracts and the preparation of the corresponding invoices
- Handling inquiries and calculating rental incentives
Expectations
- Degree in Economics or Finance
- Well-developed expertise in Italian tax matters
- Experience in real estate accounting or similar areas
- Accuracy and strong numerical skills
- Team player and independent worker
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Business levels in Italian & English language

We offer a gross annual salary of EUR 40.000. Depending on your professional experience and qualifications, a higher salary may be possible.
