Responsibilities
• Leasing of retail units within the Italian Supernova portfolio
• Reduction of vacant units and active vacancy management
• Preparation and ongoing update of leasing offers and proposals
• Onboarding of new tenants
• Negotiation, preparation and execution of lease agreements and amendments
• Timely renewal of existing lease contracts
• Correspondence and meetings with tenants
• Development and implementation of the optimal tenant mix per asset to ensure sustainable income growth
• Preparation of leasing budgets
• Regular reporting to the Head of Leasing
• Support of asset reporting (rent roll, leasing KPIs, etc.)
• Close cooperation with center management, including tenant coordination and operational control
• Conducting market research and competitive analysis
Expectations
• Degree in real estate management, business administration, economics, or a comparable qualification
• > 5 years of experience in retail leasing, preferably in shopping centers and retail parks
• In-depth knowledge of tenant mix strategies and the dynamics of the retail market
• Solid financial knowledge, including leasing budgets and rent analysis
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical skills and market research expertise
• Structured, proactive, and results-oriented approach to work
• Very good Italian and English skills; other languages are an advantage

We offer a gross annual salary of EUR 60.000. Depending on your professional experience and qualifications, a higher salary may be possible.
