The Welserheimb Palace, constructed in 1689, was acquired in 2002. In coordination with the commission responsible for historic preservation, as well as the public office that handles historical monuments, the property underwent comprehensive reconstruction and refurbishment in 2004 and 2005, wherein emphasis was placed on maintaining the historic elements of the building. Through the redesign of the interior of the building, modern spaces were created which lead to a successful symbiosis of retail shops, restaurants and offices in a prime location. Four years after the completion of the renovation, a private investor purchased the property. Supernova continues to be involved in the ongoing upkeep of the property (building management).
